The Process

1. Clinic places an order

You can order in whichever way is easiest for you:

    • Manually enter an order through our dispensing portal
    • Set up an automatic reorder (based on thresholds) via the portal
    • Call or email your dedicated rep and have them place the order for you

Our system is built for flexibility, allowing clinics of all sizes to manage medication supply efficiently and securely.


2. Custom label design & approval

On your very first order, our team prepares a custom medication label featuring your clinic’s logo, branding, and required prescription information. You’ll receive a sample label for review and approval before any medications are dispensed.

Once approved, that same label template is stored for all future orders. Only the variable details—such as drug name, dosage, expiration date, lot number, and quantity—will update automatically. This ensures your brand consistency and compliance with all labeling regulations.


3. Repackaging & fulfillment

After label approval, our licensed facility repackages medications into your requested quantities for each order. Our medication repackaging services typically take 1–3 business days, followed by shipping directly to your clinic.

We also coordinate delivery schedules so that packages arrive on your clinic’s open business days—a key benefit for clinics that operate only a few days per week. This ensures smooth operations without delays or missed shipments.


4. Inventory tracking & automated compliance reporting

Once your order ships—or as medications are dispensed—your inventory tracking system updates automatically. This real-time transparency allows you to monitor your on-hand stock, expiration dates, and dispensing history from one centralized portal.

Each dispensing event is also recorded for automated compliance reporting, integrating seamlessly with your State’s Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) to eliminate manual entry and reduce administrative work.
