Supplements:

We can ship supplement products to any wholesale account. No restrictions.

Prescription Drug Products:

Prescription drug dispensing is regulated and differs by state. Calvin Scott & Company Inc., will only sell prescription drug products to practitioners who are licensed to dispense prescription drugs within their state. We require a photocopy of the practitioner’s valid state license before prescription drug products can be shipped. A faxed copy of license is acceptable. Prescription drug products can be shipped to any address.

Controlled Drug Products:

Controlled drug products are regulated by the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Before shipping controlled drugs, we must have a photocopy of the practitioners valid DEA license. The DEA license must state on the license the schedule of the drug being ordered; usually a schedule 3N or schedule 4. A controlled drug product can only be shipped to the address printed on the DEA license.

Shipments of controlled drug products require a signature for receipt. Make sure your office will be open with a staff member present on tentative delivery date.

Please be certain that your license covers the drug schedules for the products you will be ordering.
